It’s okay for what you pay, though I do feel like it could be a little cheaper. It gets the job done, but I wasn’t exactly blown away. Still, I’m not too upset with the purchase, just kind of wish it felt like a better deal.

Getting around from the hotel was really easy. Taxis were nearby, and public transport was close enough that we weren’t wasting time figuring things out. Nice. It made the whole trip feel way less stressful, especially when we had our bags with us. Convenient

The room did cool down eventually, but the AC wasn’t exactly quiet. It wasn’t not usable, just kinda noisy and took a bit to get comfortable.

The wifi stayed steady the whole time I was there, which I really appreciated. I’m always a little cautious about booking places when I know I’ll need to take video calls, because spotty internet can turn into a real problem fast. But I had a couple calls with no drops, and streaming at night worked fine too. Logging in was easy, and overall I didn’t have any major complaints.

I was feeling a bit stressed when I ran into a booking issue, but customer service got back to me really quickly and sorted everything out. It was a relief

We had a really nice stay overall. The pools were great and the spa was a nice bonus. The room was comfortable, but it could definitely use a few small updates here and there. Nothing major, just the kind of wear that feels avoidable at a resort like this...

Check-in was, uh, really quick and easy. The staff were nice enough and found my booking right away. I had my room key within a few minutes with no stress at all. It was a really nice start to the stay.

We stayed here as a family, and if I’m honest, the part I remember most is the entertainment at night. I couldn’t tell you every single thing they did now, but there was usually music, games, or some kind of show going on, and the team always seemed genuinely cheerful.

What I liked was that it never felt too forced. You could get involved if you wanted, or just sit back with a drink and watch it all happening. It gave the place a really fun holiday feel, and that’s definitely what has stuck in my mind.

You can tell they keep up with things here. Any maintenance that was needed was handled quickly, and they left everything "clean and tidy" afterward.

Grabbed a few cocktails here they were super good. They tasted fresh, definitely weren’t watered down, and came out nice and cold. I’d for sure order them again next time.

We tried the spa during our stay, it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. The staff were friendly and helpful without trying to push anything extra, which I really appreciated. The massage was very relaxing, and the whole place felt clean, quiet, and peaceful. Sometimes you just want a simple, comfortable place to unwind, and this was exactly that. I left feeling much lighter and more relaxed than when I arrived. I’d happily go back if we’re in the area again

The kids just absolutely loved the kids club and had such a fun time there.

The pool was fine, but the kids club just felt a bit badly organized and didn’t have as much going on as we expected.

Stayed here for a quick trip and the room was super clean when I arrived. Bathroom was fresh, sheets smelled good, and housekeeping kept it up. No complaints.

Had a really good experience at the bar at Sirenis. The staff were quick, really friendly, and just easy to chat to. Drinks were good too, always made well and served fast. Great service, really great service.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant last weekend and overall it was a nice experience. The food was really tasty and the staff were friendly, though we did have to wait a bit longer than expected for our drinks. It wasn’t a huge issue, and I still enjoyed the meal. I’d definitely give it another try next time I’m there.

We stayed for a short break and the food was okay overall. Breakfast had the usual bits you’d expect, which was fine, but it didn’t really change much from day to day. Dinner was decent enough too, though I guess I was expecting a bit more choice, even though we were only there a few days. Nothing was bad really, it just started to feel a bit boring after a while.

I had a problem with my booking it was frustrating at first. I just had to follow up a couple of times before anyone gave me a clear answer. They did sort it out in the end, and the staff I spoke with were polite enough, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just think the complaint process could be a bit quicker and less confusing.

The pool was really clean. I guess whoever runs this actually stays on top of it, because everything looked well kept and easy to enjoy
